You can start with the available job that you qualify and build your way up when you have stayed in the USA.

A work permit allows you to work in the US. Getting a work permit is not an easy task but once you have it, it'll open up a lot of opportunities here in the USA. You can take a visit visa and once you're on your vacation you can apply for a work permit while there. Another option is getting your employer to apply for you for easy approval. Apply for a work permit as this will help you get job opening that allows applicants who have already obtained their work permit.

However you should have in mind that the US government does not recognize polygamy hence if you have two wives you will have to recognize one as your legal wife through proper documentation. Instead as a student who's going to work abroad it is better to even state that you have a business running here by a family member that'll be supporting your stay abroad.
